I don't know. I wouldn't have a problem if they allowed the preferreds to get their dividends. $30 time 6% or so equals $1.8 per year. Not a big deal for Tsy. For Tsy, it's better than giving up on the 3rd Amendment.

I realize the commoners need to worry about the endgame, but I don't personally care about that myself other than the potential impacts of earnings dilution on commoners.
