It's from another case of his

Notice it says "defendant". MMRF is the plaintiff in the appeal. He apparently just used a template from another case. You see that a lot in MMRF filings. Lack of attention to detail. This case has been sitting since December of 2014. Delayed 6 months already and they can't be bothered to proofread their work.

Remember in the Gemini suit, it was noted in the filings that one of MMRF's lawyers "forgot" about the hearing.

So the next big event is waiting on the judges decision for summary judgement in the Gemini suit

#1). You have money. Other people want it. All of it!
