I really can't believe that any investor with an iota of knowledge on OTC stocks can't take one look at the filings and see that this is just a share selling shell scam. Not .01 spent on research.
1.7 billion shares issued for debt up to April 30, 2015 and I am sure it is well over two billion by now.

You should not make any trades or decisions based upon anything said or written by posts on this board with regard to investments without consulting a professional financial planner/adviser..
