LEXG - Our partners SonCav received financing in 2014 from a reputable leader in the environmental waste treatment sector "ECO Waste Conversion Solutions Corporation" (website link: http://www.ecosolutions.com/index.php)... SonCav is attempting to get the UT to fruition without "giving up the ship" by issuing convertible debt... I imagine everyone invested in LEXG prior to May 2014 agrees this is a GREAT strategy... that said ECO waste can get upto 3% holdings from SonCav's private treasury... and they get a nice discount on UT devises for initial distribution...
