Wow! If everything works out Neah could get an order from Falcon for a couple hundred fuel cells by end of 2016? Not quite the innuendo that was promoted by Neah.

The rules in the U.S. have not been firmed up yet for these types of aircraft, but in other countries they’re legal to fly under some circumstances, said Brown. “What this does is allow a poor country to see where to put the boreholes, and hopefully we’re able to short-circuit that expensive process and make it cheaper,” Brown said.

Though production is limited for now, Brown said, the company is nearing completion on a contract that will make the hard tooling for the aircraft. “That’s a big step, and once we get that completed, we’d be able to deliver two airframes a week,” Brown said.
