but WMIH is not the escrow payment location - that is the LT

and the LT has said the litigation trust is done and has taken the remaining money and put it in the trust itself

there will be no payments beyond a few million dollars to all PIERS

so to review

if WMIH is connected to not to pay litigation trust its zero

and WMIH in all events will not pay on our escrow. Payment on escrow is a defined term to relate to potential payment from the remnant of the estate by the appointed Trust WMILT
