Ringing of the bell is an advertisement in and of itself to make more people aware of the company. It will be interesting to see if they combine this with an announcement of some sort. It could be official start of the trial or some type of results. It would be smart to advertise AND get people excited about the company. We'll just have to wait to see if/how well they planned this.
