They could not possibly be manipulating the stock price any more, every 5 minutes they hit the bid with small lots, they've been shorting at the ask for 3 months now, naked short volume averaging over 50% per day and there has been tons of buying it can't get over .16 cents because they keep shorting. Any positive development will cause a huge squeeze.
