AUSTIN, TX--(Marketwired - Jul 1, 2015) - AVEW HOLDINGS INC. (OTC PINK: AVEW) today announced their company has finalized the Asset Purchase acquisition of Pegasus Construction Company LLC (Pegasus). Pegasus is a construction company located in Lakeway, Texas serving the Central Texas area building custom homes, remodeling, home additions and commercial finish out. Pegasus is a 12 year old business providing quality workmanship at competitive pricing. The Pegasus web site is www.pegasusconstruction.net.
Pegasus becomes a wholly-owned subsidiary of AVEW and will be the construction remodel division of the parent holding company.
