Looks to me like JoJo the Dog-Faced Boy is only selling the bare minimum that he needs to raise some spending money.

90K shares out of a 5.5 million holding? Chicken feed.

He might be ethically challenged, but he's not stupid. I seriously doubt he is going to be dumping massive amounts of shares at this level, when the future is so bright for $XXII and the flow of news is decidedly positive.

Doomsday predictors notwithstanding, this is a great buying opportunity, imo...

we know what happens now - first step will be a sudden spike approaching the $1.20 area, then we'll see what happens from there.
