Possibly. There are just too many benefits from the reverse merger on their part versus waiting a year attempting to IPO a Mexican brewery on an American exchange. Never mind the cost of an IPO, underwriting fees and red tape. Also, if one looks back at CP US Income Groups SG13 100m share buy, I looked into that months ago. One of the guys (Ohio guy if I remember) running that company I linked to an acquisition/merger past. There are many links to a reverse merger and some of those clues I should have written down but at this point I've already purchased my lottery ticket. There seems to be a small tick in new interest here and I could see today and tomorrow having a bit more volume than we've seen in a while. **IF** the volume gets going there could be a quick move up due to the outstanding being pretty much maxed out. One hundred million in volume gives us a bid...any more than that could lead to us printing .0003 in short order so keep that in mind.
