With a little over 600M Float, no R/S is needed at present; especially, once again, with much of the O/S being owned by insiders. Also, quite to the contrary and given the aforementioned, this stock could definitely see .08 again and beyond if, as I previously stated, the proper developments unfold. Further, those whom you have termed "bagholders", have a sound degree of common sense I'll wager. If solid contracts/deals were announced, they wouldn't simply unload on "the first thing smoking" - lol.
