So is it true that by deposing Exobox PMK and former CEO Jack Cukjati that more people may be subject to discovery and depositions simply from the testimony of Exobox' PMK and former CEO Jack Cukjati?

And if yes, does that mean these cases involving Exobox could go on and on?

This is just my opinion, but I believe the company Exobox accused some shareholders of colluding with each other.

Colluding - to act together through a secret understanding, especially with evil or harmful intent.

http://dictionary.reference.com/browse/colluding

Collusion is an agreement between two or more parties, sometimes illegal and therefore secretive, to limit open competition by deceiving, misleading, or defrauding others of their legal rights, or to obtain an objective forbidden by law typically by defrauding or gaining an unfair market advantage. It is an agreement among firms or individuals to divide a market, set prices, limit production or limit opportunities.[1] It can involve "wage fixing, kickbacks, or misrepresenting the independence of the relationship between the colluding parties".[2] In legal terms, all acts effected by collusion are considered void.[3]

Who exactly was colluding with who ???

Was Exobox colluding with anyone when its sole officer & director tried to reverse split our shares?

Who exactly was colluding with who ???

I would think there has to be a money trail of some sort. I wonder where the CEO got $50,000 from?

Not sure but I believe someone told me that a deposition of Exobox' PMK (Person Most Knowledgeable) is scheduled for July 22nd.

Not sure but I believe someone told me that a deposition of Exobox' former CEO is scheduled for August 20th.

Hopefully, in addition to the testimony from these depositions, maybe some documents will finally be produced and/or disclosed.

I sure would like to see the company financials, stock register/stock ledger, handover agreement, bank accounts, and all the other books & records that the company was once ordered to allow an inspection of.
