Perhaps the "to try to get some of their money back" can be understood outside the limited discourse of a negative, but that of a positive that can bring together elements for Mikegg's waiting and hoping of that BUY BUY BUY signal to ring loud and true.
Its been commented to a degree of too many times that those federal enforcement agencies are to arrive "any day now" and shut down Bourque Industries. But alas, these doom day speakers have arrived at a count of days such that they need to change a word in "any year now" to stay realigned with time that has passed their prediction.
For example, the two years prior to John Bourque prison release was primed to have Bourque Industries be declared an empty shell and have its trading halted.
Didn't happen, when be it known that "many high ranking military and political folks that lost a boat load of money buying BORK in 2011 who are very pissed off" most for sure include those in the FBI where under "Operation Shell-Expel... SEC appreciates the assistance of the FBI’s Economic Crimes Unit" they could have gotten their pound of flesh years ago, especially in that two year period.
They didn't, so perhaps Bourque Industries stayed alive all this time "With A Little Help From My Friends*" in the sense that those that could have shut down John Bourque's Bourque Industries did not so that John Bourque was given a second change to bring Bourque Industries to success and render near worthless BORKs to having value enough to point to a recovery of a 99% lost investment.
So here I see the new positive start of Bourque Industries as that, John Bourque has spoken to those in law enforcement that hold near worthless BORKs and got a "stay of execution" for Bourque Industries pending the "second act" of Kryron now playing.
* Imagine, John Bourque tells people he has "friends" in the FBI/SEC.
