You have 60 days to dispute electronic purchase. I recommend filing the dispute with your bank or CC company, let them know you could not contact the merchant, they will either force a resolution through the company (refund or product) or will credit back the charge. However, EFT claims are time sensitive and they aren't expected to listen beyond the timeline mentioned. No reason for you to pay for a product you haven't received. Good luck.
