Bullish Hammer is another "trap" formation where amateur chart readers conclude a bullish scenario is developing. Statistically, 1 in 4 of these formations are correct. The other 3 fail and px's of these stocks including CPST return to their lower levels .
The amateur technical analyst usually falls prey to such a reading.
