I say r/s PRPM and then give them their dividends. Mucking up SUTI's s/s with 500 mil shares is silly. It's just a PRPM pat on the back with one finger. Helps no one in either stock.

There is no point of getting fractions of SUTI. PRPM promised to give x amount of shares for every share you own. Then what?
