No kidding.
My thoughts on a steady close got swept away in power hour and a 48,000+ buy at the close to cement the deal.
65% tute ownership now and 2 Bakers holding board seats.
Don't forget the Baker Brothers now own 40 million IDRA warrants exercisable at .01 that they acquired in several previous fundings for IDRA. They know what they own. They won't show up until exercised so Bakers stay below certain voting percentage.
This doesn't get a lot of pub for the heavyweights behind it. Besides Bakers there is Broadfin, Putnam, Blackrock, Pillar, State Street etc, etc.
Oh, and there may be some decent science involved as well....lol.
