HJOE doesn't have anything proprietary and they don't have any market share for another company to have any interest in them.

The Recovery shot has been around since 2009 and still isn't hasn't gotten in Walgreens, Walmart CVS on a national level - it is in a few isolated Walgreens mostly in New Orleans.

There isn't anyone who thinks of the HJOE products as a competitor.

Ole Larry has been giving shout outs and the energy shot is still not in the top 100 best selling energy shots on Amazon.

Simply put any company that can see an advantage in being involved in the marketing of HJOE's products.Especially if HJOE appears to be distressed.Distributors with existing networks may find it profitable to add these products. Competition? The retail industry has always been cannibalistic with competitors having many reasons to buy out the competition. In a nutshell HJOE has ,what I believe to be,two very catchy and highly marketable products. Making them attractive IMO to the types of companies and venture capitalists that I've mentioned.

On these OTCM companies I always see shareholders posting about how great the company is and there is a buyout going to happen.... and it never happens.

I saw the exact same nonsense posted about DNAX - and the GRCU hemp infused energy drink - as I told shareholders then - it is foolish to think there is a major company that would be interested in buying them out.

HJOE is no different - there is absolutely nothing unique about the HJOE products.
