With a new spokesperson all 'Foot in Mouth' related incidents will hopefully be eliminated.
We may--or may not--see tomorrow. Anyone reading their Twitter page now would come away with the impression that they're more interested in the company's critics than in the company's products. That makes them look ridiculous and unprofessional.
But it's a course they've been committed to for quite awhile now. Veal himself has gone on about shorting--which he doesn't seem to understand at all well--and about people like me at length in his Facebook "updates".
So I don't know how committed they are to changing their tone.
