Pretty lousy move in my estimation. Aren't they are getting the cart before the horse? It makes only good sense to first build out
your market locally, regionally, and nationwide. When financials
permit, then take it international. The only reason to jump beyond
the border would be if this merger means an infusion of a substantial amount of cash that could be used to promote more here at home.
