I agree. Just complaining as I sold something for a loss to dump more shares in my boat here.....only to show more red. Lol.

The way she goes. I suspect July might be rough until the meeting on July 30th.

Could it be a mediation meeting as 1 last chance to settle before setting a trial date?

Would Susman Godfrey even want to settle this early with all the time and effort they have invested?
Meaning.....would the amount be worth it for them?

I suspect as well that if we go to trial.....the settlement price will go up and up if we are holding great cards and winning the case!
