War Eagle, I agree with everything you say and the fact of the matter is you could be reasonably sure that if they go to court, infringement will prevail at some point and then treble damages if it is willful. ACTI could stall and continue to pay their lawyers, but I think they already lost unless some miracle happens. Depending on the trial date if there is a trial date, I think this will not go that far out unless the court calendar is really full. JMHO
