They've owned 45% of AXIM since 5/14

It was revealed in May, 2014 that MJNA paid $35K for 45% of AXIM, with eventual plans to put the gum business into that company:

Meanwhile, in 1Q/15, MJNA sold $11K of the gum, and Axim generated zero revenue and liabilities were six times the assets.
