While what you say is true, the magnitude of move on news not even remotely close to what we are banking on should be taken into consideration.

Meaning, yes, there are more shares, and BMSN owns less of Regen, but approval would be a reality of multiples of magnitude of the last agent causing our rise.

IMO. I actually think it will move much faster and much farther, should approval happen.
