U are permitted to sell, but remember MGLG is grey sheet. The mm's follow no sequence and since there is essentially no liquidity (no one buying), it is highly unlikely that you will ever be able to sell your shares. Your broker can terminate them and then you can take the tax write off. That's about the highest value for this defunct shell.
