No, they're willing to hold bait in front of lions in similar fashion though - which was my take on the release. It's design is not necessarily to entice some new retail interest but focused mainly on retaining those already aboard. With share price trickling into double zero's in recent sessions it was critical they find a way to prevent the overall sentiment of hope being lost from transgressing.

In using excitable words (astonishing, unprecedented, 'wait 'til you see this'), though providing little substance, they ensure a sizeable portion of retail investors hang around or sit on their hands until the next press release. And then the one after that. And so on and so on.
