Neither of those deals were "tied up for a year each of exclusivity"

SOE had 6 months I believe and HKHE didn't have an exclusive at all if I remember right.
The year delay was not caused by exclusives. It was caused by Scott. When the exclusive expired for SOE they should have moved on to the next target. They were supposedly lined up outside the door.

But instead we just kept getting told we were waiting on a report that was never done.

I understand wanting to see some kind of life in this stock but you wont get it as long as the news is just a repeat of news from years gone by.

All of these things have been promised to us before and didn't happen. Either they make something actually happen or break out a story we have not heard yet. Problem is we have heard it all before.

Action is the only thing we have not seen here and it is the only thing that will raise the PPS
