You're certainly entitled to your opinions, flawed as they may be, and you're free to speculate however you wish.

I've said that the 8k was positive and I think the market agrees with me. It appears these talks began in early June, the pps went from around 13 to 19. When the the 8k came out it went to 22.

Here is an over simplification of what I see.

It's like a moderately sucessful mom and pop grocery store being appraoched by Super Value with the proposition, we like your location and reputation. In return for 1/2 ownership we'll expand your store, advise you how to run it, and while you'll now only own half, your company will be worth 10 times what it was before, your volume will increase 10 fold and your bottom line will increase ten fold.

Okay I'm done asrguing, let's see what the market says.
