Its basically a done deal. Think about it, bed bv and bed ca are the biggest shareholders and theyve already agreed to it. The only way it doesnt go thru is if TWDs stock price doesnt react well but it has, its way up. I dont get why the big discrepancy w BED pps. I just think quite a few unknowing bed holders sold on the big pop and then there was further profit taking when BED reported a lackluster quarter. But Tweed just reported a great quarter so imo this deal is going thru and the price will slowly catch up! No worries
