Trav, could you share when exactly will EZ kiosk system would be down for a short-while?? Your info is like a heavy shower after a long drought in California. This info is crucial for us, who are holding GPSI shares for long-term.

Reason is that we are all expecting this ownership change to take place given that GPSI has sold away their Jail side of business to focus on Municipal/Court and Marijuana side of business. This sale will bring-in >$10M; GPSI can be debt-free with capital to grow aggressively in other markets. Once this sale is completed, GPSI is going to do a series of aggressive PR campaign to raise awareness of GPSI and more critically, to raise GPSI PPS.

For those who wanted to sell-out GPSI shares, please quickly sell ASAP at GPSI BID so that you can move-on and miss out above event. Rope and I are still waiting to buy more GPSI under $0.10....
