It could be a penny tomorrow if only.....

They would tell the public that they intend to become fully reporting. That is all it would take. That one little announcement would instantly take it to a penny because people would finally take them seriously. However, what PennyStomper said about Paul saying that they have no intention of ever becoming a fully reporting company is 100% true. I know because Paul told me the exact same thing. He said it would be too time consuming and too expensive to have their financials verified and become fully reporting. They have no intention of ever becoming a fully reporting company. Like it or not, it is true. They are happy staying in the stinky pinky markets. I would like nothing more than for them to make the announcement that they were going to become fully reporting. I would even be fine with them announcing an increase in shares at the same time especially if they announced that they were doing an increase to eliminate the little bit of debt they have left and that they are turning a new page and shooting for being debt free and a fully reporting company. That PR could even take it to 2 cents a share possibly.
It makes no sense to not be fully reporting when you are claiming to have 12 million in revenue. Most OTC Pinks have no revenue at all so why would they want to stay in this market where it is known to be nothing but basement startups and scams. If they really have the revenue and profits that they claim, why not back it up and have their financials verified and become a full reporting company? Too time consuming is not an excuse. If that really is their excuse, they should have stayed private and never should have become a publicly traded company. You have to admit that something doesn't add up here.
You wonder why this is trading at trip 0's? This is where stinky pinks trade. They don't verify their numbers so people do not look at their numbers. Why should they? Stinky Pinks are traded solely on their PR and Kool-Aid stories. Period! And since ACGX does not like PR either, is it any wonder it trades so low and they have such little volume? They create no excitement what so ever.
Have you ever stayed loyal way too long to a very bad sports team like a professional team that can barely get 5000 fans in the stands? A team that the management obviously does not care and they make no attempt to pick up any real talent to put out on the field? A professional team so bad you truly feel that most high school teams could beat them pretty easily? I have seen a few teams like that in my day. I am sure you have too and they are very painful to watch because you know the outcome before the game starts. You hold out for that slim chance but reality always sets in. Another loss.
That team is ACGX. We have seen management watch and do nothing as this stock has fallen from over a penny to .0008 in a year. They are making no attempt to put fans in the stands.
One day you will be telling new people the same thing. None of us knew any better when we first got in either. You will see what we are talking about.
