Do you know who was responsible for the management of the product? Who had to sign off and approve all the ways the product could be marketed, sold and handled? Who really managed the product? Have you ever worked on a job where you had just title but no real power? If you read court docket you'd know. So yes management was a problem but who's the manager we should blame?

Could that be one of the many reasons CIRC is suing 7 companies?
