If u sold today u were manipulated. Today's old news was from April when they announced the increase to 3B shares in the AS.
I posted this explanation back on April 7th.,


1. Since we know the OS is only 450 Million, the increase of 1B to 3B of the AS is irrelevant. As dolphin said in his previous post, the Reserve of any Notes has to be 10-20X the amount of shares being distributed. So let's calculate

3,000,0000AS-450 OS= 2,550,000 shares now divide that by 10(Since the Reserve has to be 10X the Shares being issued and that equals 255 Million shares that can be added to the OS.

Hello people that would only bring the OS up to 705 Million. Why 9months to 2years is because there is a 9 months-1 year restriction on convertible notes.

IMHO, the company ONLY did these to have the reserve shares in the AS to guarantee loans from noteholders with 9+Months restrictions.

Update as of today...

Now we know the OS is 660M, and the AS is 3B, for what? Shares for reserve as I stated 3 months ago.

So has anything changed from 3 months ago?

1. Colordo was added to the mix
2. Cannabis King Distribution our 3rd subsidiary of pazoo
3. We own 100% of MA Associates
4. Vegas Lab opening

So if u think today wasn't a golden opportunity to take advantage of the fear, then pennies are not for u IMHO.
