Just a question in basics of finance could they just be issuing more stock to increase equity to help fund the scaling of the business. With the new facilities opening they need to have money to scale the new facilities and equipment and since they are operating at a loss they are tapped out from a capex stand point. This imo is a way for them to generate more capital to help in scaling the business instead of seeking out private investors they went through the authorization of more stock
