The who she meant if you aren't up to speed on it is the investor relations of Boomerang Oil. That being a company with an actual and current working agreement with both EFIR and MNVN. Another reason for becoming current would be to enable the pending merger that most here are counting on, but that in my personal opinion has little chance of being completed for reasons too many to list.
