Here are some of the excuses we're getting - already!
The accounting firm is really really busy and will get around to the audit when they can - "DEPENDING ON THEIR WORK LOAD"
The deadline Jerry promised doesn't matter anyway, because "company's [sic] are allowed 90 days to file the Annual."
Even the 90 day rule doesn't matter because Jerry can ask for more time to file, and "THE SEC WILL GRANT THE EXTENSION."
Because, after all... "The company has very little control on the completion of the audit." So.. it's really not going to be Jerry's fault when the audit doesn't appear, right?
