I wonder how the pre-trial conference is going?

There have been no docket entries since the 6/24 update which reset the conference start time for this morning.

In the meantime, I did run an enhanced business name search (using "Airtrona" for the search term) and located an Airtrona business ID # filed in Ontario. It is currently active and expires on 7/4/15. The business identification number is 200731263.

It appears to me that management filed what was necessary to legally be conducting business in Ontario since 2010.
