My phone, the Motorola Droid Ultra, has a terribly slow processor. It is a dual core Krait. And it is WAY slower than the processor in my 7" Dell Android tablet. And yet the performance is adequate. I honestly wonder what exactly all those extra MIPS are useful for. My significant other went out and got the Apple iPhone 6 plus. It is a nice phone but she comments more about things like the fingerprint sensor rather than performance.

The so called performance oriented phones: Apple iphone and Samsung Galaxy 6, Intel has no path to win. They are much better off trying to win all the other manufacturers. And yeah it was Ashraf mouthing off about broxton. I started wondering about him when he went bananas for baytrail and then within months had a bipolar-like depression episode when it didn't live up to his overinflated expectations.
