In order to find buyers for STOA stock at this point, Brent's paid IRPs will need to canvas summer farmers markets to solicit people who have recently fallen off a turnip truck. Additionally, another good spot might be hospital maternity wards where they could find new marks who were just born yesterday. Given his laughable performance as a CEO, it's doubtful that anyone outside of those two groups would see STOA as a sensible investment.
