+1 cornbread. For what i gathered at the meeting, I do not think they are in a position to negotiate for a royalty agreement yet. They have developed the proprietary algorithms on how the watch works but do not own the intellectual property database (for lack of a better word) to interpret and apply the meaning of those algorithms. Which is what they are looking to buy. One is essentially worthless without the other as a product. Once both those items are secured under contract/ownership, then you may see movement to a royalty agreement or a buyout as an option. But all this is jmo ...
