Exactly! the only reason for HBRM to put out a PR, or a tweet, or another fluff piece of some sort is to dump more shares into the market.

With a gagged T/A, no one ever knows exactly how many new shares are being dumped, but when the price is .0001, a good guess would be they dumped the same number of shares as the number that sold at .0001
