I am implying good investors look for bad weeks.

Good investors don't look for bad, good, or otherwise weeks in microcrap scams like BAYP. They avoid such scams.

BAYP has so many negative posters trying very hard to run it down

One doesn't have to try that hard with scam stocks like BAYP.

That is usually when something unexpected happens and drives it up

A paid P&D? Starting with a bogus PR? And what happens after that? Of course if the paid P&D doesn't work, then not much of anything "unexpected" happens.
