Looks like The City of San Luis contacted the bank. They stand to gain considerably if this gets built. Hopefully, they'll continue to shepherd things along.
Ron may go kicking and screaming but he's gotta at least appear to the City to be interested in making progress.
I would imagine that several members of the City are also investors. Course, they're probably pretty far in the red. They probably bought in long ago.
I wonder what Ron's game plan is for the San Luis location? He's gotta have an exit strategy this late in the game. Hopefully, the City will try to hold him to the deal.
Hopefully, this will end with Solar Wind getting sued for not putting enough effort into the project.
Or it'll end with them actually building it.
