I see the reverse split that happened when this went from being ICTN to BCCI as a positive thing. Who here wants a bunch of old investors of ICTN owning BCCI? Not me.

If BH had bought the shell from somebody else then this wouldn't be an issue at all and everybody would have expected him to reverse out the old investors. If he wouldn't have, they'd say he was stupid.

The fact that he supplied the shell should be irrelevant, reversing out ICTN investors was the right thing to do whether he bought the shell or had the shell.
