I would expect whatever IR is currently doing will have to come to a halt at the bare minimum.

People have said IronRidge was "gone" and "done"
(FOR SURE THIS TIME)
Since their announcement they sold to Dragonox..
Surely you're not telling me that they STILL have been a factor after all?

It was SAID they were "gone"/"done" Last August...when the new court order happened...
Ooops! That was proven to be wrong by the filings!
It was said that the court order said they would be "gone"/"done" "March 7th"...
Ooops! It was shown there was a misunderstanding of the words "until" and "later of"!
Then they were "gone"/"done" when the Dragonox deal was announced...

So were they? Or weren't they???
Well...gee...keep saying it and eventually it will be true???

I must have missed it...

IF IronRidge has ALREADY been "gone" with the sale to Dragonox,
THEN WHY DOES THE CEASE AND DESIST MATTER???

IF Dragonox DID have rights to ask for more shares under the court order
(which it was CLAIMED they DID NOT have), and Dragonox is not listed on the cease and desist, THEN WHY DOES THIS MATTER???

NONE OF US KNOW if more shares have been issued, or to whom,
THANKS TO CREEP CONVEY REFUSING TO FILE.

Is the cease and desist a good thing?
Of course...But I seriously doubt it will have any affect on the share price.
I personally doubt IronRidge has been much of a factor here
recently....
the damage was done long ago.

I don't know if Dragonox would be able to claim more shares under the settlement signed with IronRidge or not...
IF they could, I would guess they would not; just to avoid the SEC.
AND IT REALLY DOES NOT MATTER...
Telling STORIES of how the shareholders, or even MTVX, will benefit and rise from the ashes because of this action by the SEC
is the same type of BALONEY that has been spewed since the beginning...

Remember the STORIES about how many shares IronRidge got in that initial issuance?
Turned out to be BALONEY...
OR about how the number of shares that would ultimately be passed out to them?
AGAIN, IT TURNED OUT TO BE BALONEY...
OR about how IronRidge held "long"?
