If you are talking about the toxic financer's or the short wolf pack.
I think they would rather bankrupt us, steal the patent and not have to cover.
I assume you Know about us having to take the toxic thieves all the way to the supreme court already.

If you are talking about the company,
After that supreme court battle (that we won by the way, but left us drained) other individual battles, FDA, etc.
I think the company would still need dependable finance and good news to bring it back to past highs.
If you are talking about individual believers, or shorts who think we are going to succeed.
I know they are still buying the 2's, because they took almost 10 million from me this month.
I believe in the technology and own a ton, that I'm holding for another blue sky break out.
In the mean time I'm flipping 1's into 2's for entertainment, While I wait.
It helps me recoupe some $$$$$$ and drives the shorts crazy.
wash, rinse, repeat.
With good news and/or shareholder communication this thing could Move real fast like it has in the past.
If it hits 3 I think we will have a lot more nervous Nellies to
get off the fence and cover/trade.
