Apologies but that is NO bad mouthing. There ARE penny stocks that are legit which are in rare occasions and MOST of the time they're are just all SCAMS and Shambals.

And yes I am aware of the R/R on Pennystock, been there done that. And for the record, I'm not holding any BMIN. I'm doing whats right for who aren't active or NEW to pennystock.

1. They pumped the stock previously.
2. They 'anticipate' that the 10K will come to fruition in a foreseable future but in all legalities, they're penny stock. They're NOT obliged.
3. They reply to your emails that entails "Yes next month". Let me remind you that tomorrow never ends.
4. You're playing russian roulette to get hold of anyone. Typical penny shambals. Be warned that these 'fancy' offices, or 'fancy' website or 'fancy' teams does NOT ascertain or warrant them that they're running the business as stipulate and doesn't NOT merit them for an immediate assumption that they are undoubtedly transparent to their investors.

Its the financials that WILL declare their truthfulness and their punctuality to submit them.
