Sounds to me like they got excited when they first got a chance to participate in the India tender. Then the government got overwhelmed by the complexity of the project and delayed it. They then handed it off to ELCOT to let them deal with it that added further delay. No telling what Amtex is telling them as they probably think for sure they have a good shot winning the deal.

While that tender is going on World Moto is trying to keep going and focuses on the YES , H YES and Wheelies for added company value.

I would say ELCOT would not say anything about who is in the tender because that would be a inside information.

I hope we get a big contract win soon ! GO FARE !
