B. Debt holders has agreed to hold their notes that were due.
The hold on the notes will be for an additional one year.

The company has faced a few minor speed bumps and hurdles throughout the last 12 months. We also settled a potential default and $400,000.00 lawsuit that was brought onto the company by the
previous management (WFG VS Cal Counties).

Also the company current DTC Chill status which has made
raising capital funds very undoable because of past actions.

Our funding ability has dried up and we have to seek outside sources to operate the business. Today we have options and after the long wait for label approval for our trademark we have suddenly began to seek out opportunities to get funding.
However all options will include our loyal shareholders in some fashion.
